Italians say: This cake is like lovers; as they get hot they reverse positions. This cake is as beautiful as it tastes. Ingredients:
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix |
2 lb. ricotta |
1/4 c. sugar |
4 eggs plus eggs needed to make cake |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 sml. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix |
1 c. milk |
12 oz. carton cool whip |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare cake mix as directed; pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.
3. Mix cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
4. Spread cheese mixture on top of cake batter.
5. Bake 1 hour.
6. When cake is cool, combine pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip and frost.
7. Store in fridge.
