This sounds absolutely delicious. This recipe would photograph beautifully, hint hint. Prep time does not include time to chill.
Ingredients:
2 grapefruits
1 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons dry sherry
mint leaf
Directions:
1. Cut grapefruit in halves and remove fruit sections with a knife or grapefruit spoon. The pulp only- no skins.
2. Combine in a covered bowl with all of the other ingrdients and chill at least two hours.
3. Remove skins from grapefruit halves and use them as a serving bowl.
