Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs prime minced steak
1 large finely diced onion
2 teaspoons beef, powder
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
2 eggs
2 -3 cups broken dry bread
Directions:
1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Mold by hand into medium size balls or patties and fry in a hot, oiled frypan.
