2 (8 ounce) packages pimento cream cheese |
1 (8 ounce) package smoked meat (finely chopped) |
1/2 small onion (finely chopped) |
1 teaspoon butter |
1 teaspoon mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Butter hands. Mix ingredients (except parsley) well and form into a log. 2. Roll in parsley flakes. Cover in foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. |
