Aunties Simple Salad

My 10 yr old niece needed to eat healthier but was picky. So I came up with this simple salad and now she begs me to pack it for her lunch!
Ingredients:
shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 cup carrots, chopped thin
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
pecans or almonds, a handful will do
1/2 cup of sliced ham or turkey, chopped fine
ms. dash seasonings
garlic salt
onion salt or powder
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl, lay down the lettuce, adding the carrots and ham. Sprinkle the cheese and almonds into the salad and stir to mix well.
2. Season with Ms. Dash, no more than three shakes. One shake of the shaker, each of garlic salt and onion salt. Optional: Add a pinch or two of sugar.
3. Mix the salad once more to stir the seasonings thru the salad.
