Another recipe from the 1980 version of the Grace Evangelical Congregational Church cookbook from Muir, Pennsylvania that was given to me by my Nana when I became an adult. This recipe was submitted to the cookbook by Emma E. Auntie Em Brown. She didn't specify serving yield so I am making a guess. Also, the cooking time doesn't include the time chilling in the fridge. Ingredients:
1 small head of cabbage, shredded very fine and thin |
1 cup crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Chill before serving. |
