yummy rhubarb and what flavor jello you choose..good with strawberry, strawberry/banana,raspberry,cranberry,peach & apricot..Tried all of these. Ingredients:
pie shell or double for a crisp like dessert double the ingredients below. |
3c. rhubarb |
3oz. box of jello of your choice |
1/2 c. sugar |
1c. oatmeal |
1c. flour |
1/2t. cinnamon & spices of your choice. |
1/2 c.(1 stick room temp butter) |
Directions:
1. Mix oatmeal,flour,sugar,spices and butter until crumbly..set aside.. 2. ************************************************************************ 3. PREHEAT OVEN:350 Degrees 4. ************************************************************************* 5. Place rhubarb in pie crust or if doubling in a 13X9 baking bish or dish of choice. 6. Sprinkle with Jello of choice 7. Sprinkle curmb topping on. 8.
