Hot Stuff - Not so much a course, but rather a topping or ingredient. Meant to be served a teaspoon at a time.
Ingredients:
20 peppers, serrano
15 oz tomato sauce
1 medium onion
1 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Cut the Stems off all the Peppers
2. Dice the tomato
3. Add peppers, tomato sauce and salt to blender and blend to desired consistency.
4. Add chopped tomato
5. Grate Onion into mixture and Stir
