A great substitute for traditional meat loaf. The kids will love it. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
3/4 cup quick oats |
1 cup milk |
1 onion (chopped) |
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
6 tablespoons vinegar |
4 tablespoons sugar |
2 cups ketchup |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Loaf: Mix all the ingredients and shape into a loaf. 2. Sauce: Mix all ingredients. 3. Pour over the loaf. 4. Use a pan large enough to put in the loaf and sauce. 5. Cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours. |
