This was a favorite recipe in my Aunt's home, where she raised 9 kids...they all loved it! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup catsup |
1/3 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons mustard |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Fry onions, hamburg and celery. Drain fat. 2. Mix all other ingredients and add to hamburg. 3. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on buns. |
