One of my favorite desserts. If you like cheesecake I highly suggest this endulgence. Goes great with a cold glass of milk or ice cream. Just use your favorite fruit!
Ingredients:
crust
*1 box of graham crackers
*1 stick of real butter
*1-2 cups white sugar
filling
*2 8oz. blocks of cream cheese
*1 egg
*1 cup white sugar
*1 tsp pure vanilla extract
*1 can fruit pie filling flavor of your choice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Put the graham crackers in a gallon size freezer bag and smash them.
3. Melt butter.
4. Put the crushed graham crackers in a large bowl, add a cup of sugar, then the melted butter and mix it all up. It may need more sugar and butter, your sweet tooth can be the judge.
5. Line the bottom of your pie pan with half of the crust saving the other half for the top!
6. Put everything else BESIDES the pie filling in a mixing bowl and use a beater to mix it together until smooth.
7. Add this mixture on top of the crust only going half way up to the top. There will be extra.
8. Put your pie filling on top of the cream cheese. (I try to add just the fruit leaving the majority of the syrup in the can.)
9. Put the rest of the graham cracker crust on top.
10. Bake for 40-60 minutes.
11. Let it cool and serve with ice cream.
12. Dance Dance Revolution on yo tongue!
