The cream cheese frosting is to die for! Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups grated carrots |
4 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
0.5 (4 lb) box powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the middle and put the eggs, oil, and vanilla in the center. Combine, then add the pineapple and carrots. 2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 minutes in a 9x13 pan. 3. For frosting, mix all ingredients until smooth. Wait for cake to cool, then spread on top. |
