Ingredients:
2 stick(s) butter
3 cup(s) cake flour
1/2 cup(s) crisco
5 whole(s) eggs
1 cup(s) milk
3 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions:
1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add milk then flour and vanilla. Add one egg at a time beating constantly. Bake 1.5 hours on 325 or 350 depending on your oven.
2. Take out of oven and let stand 10 minutes and then take out of the pan.
3. *can add 1 tsp lemon to cake batter if desired
