Aunt Martha's Creamy Strawberry Pie |

Strawberry pie by one of my favorite cooks, Aunt Martha-Mmm. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup sliced strawberry |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crusts |
1 cup whipped cream |
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and sugar.
2. Add vanilla and strawberries, mix well.
3. Pour into pie shell.
4. Mix whipped cream and confectioner's sugar and spoon over top of pie.
5. Chill for one hour.
6. Serve.
