Goes with Aunt Marianne's Carrot Cake. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1/4 cup icing sugar |
5 ounces soft butter |
4 ounces soft vegetable shortening |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
4 ounces cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Whip the egg whites until stiff. 2. Add the icing sugar. Mix. 3. Add butter, mix. 4. Add shortening, mix. 5. Add vanilla, mix. 6. Add cream cheese, blend. 7. Instant icing! |
