Aunt Margaret's Lamb Chops

Simply delicious, lightly seasoned and easy to make quicky. I use the shoulder chops, which have more meat than the little tiny ones, and are less expensive.
Ingredients:
4 lamb chops
salt
pepper
garlic powder
dried oregano
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet on high heat.
2. Sprinkle chops with all seasonings, to taste, on both sides.
3. Place in dry skillet and cook about 5 minutes on each side for rare chops and longer for more well done.
4. Can also be cooked on a grill.
