Aunt Lou's Balsamic Dressing |

My great-aunt Lou makes this dressing all the time. After trying it once, it's replaced all store-bought dressings in our house. I actually WANT to eat salads! Ingredients:
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/8 cup water |
2/3 cup olive oil (i use bertolli's classico for a mild flavor) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
3 teaspoons sugar |
1 large garlic clove, cut in half |
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into container and shake to combine. No need to refrigerate. |
