Not traditional.....but very good! Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 lb ground beef |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup catsup |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
salt |
pepper |
1/2 lb short cut pasta (i use rotini) |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. 3. Add ground beef and onion. 4. Saute until meat is done and drain any fat. 5. Add tomato sauce, worcestershire, catsup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir well. 6. When sauce is heated through add pasta to combine. 7. Top with parmesan cheese. |
