Aunt Kathy's Cheese Wedges

This is a yummy and cheesy appetizer. My Aunt Kathy gave me this easy recipe several years ago. These are so good!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup chopped black olives, drained
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
6 english muffins, split
Directions:
1. Gently stir together the Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, butter, olives, seasoned salt, and curry powder in a bowl.
2. Preheat oven broiler.
3. Lightly toast the English muffins in a toaster. Spread each muffin with a portion of the cheese mixture. Arrange muffins on a large baking sheet.
4. Broil topped muffins under the broiler until the cheese bubbles, 3 to 5 minutes. Cut into halves to serve.
