Christina gave me this... this is famous at her family gatherings. Ingredients:
2 lbs sauerkraut |
1/2 cup vinegar |
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup celery |
1 cup green pepper |
1/2 cup onion |
1 (3 ounce) jar pimentos (with juice) |
Directions:
1. Dice celery, green peppers and onion. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Serve cold. |
