Aunt Emma's Cottage Cheese Pie |

An old recipe that surprisingly is very good. Ingredients:
1 pint dry curd cottage cheese (2 cups) |
3 eggs, well beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup sweet cream |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked |
Directions:
1. Put cheese through sieve or potato ricer. 2. Add sugar, salt,flour,eggs and cream. 3. Bake with 2 crusts in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes in 9 inch pie plate. |
