Can't remember where I got this recipe, but I always make this when I have leftover mashed potatoes. It contains tomato soup, which I'm not normally a fan of, but in this it's very good and my kids LOVE it! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 can tomato soup |
1 can green beans |
1 cup frozen corn |
2 cups prepared mashed potatoes |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. Drain. 2. Add soup, beans, corn, and salt and pepper to taste. 3. Top with mashed potatoes. 4. Bake at 350 degrees. |
