Aunt EB's Amazing Eye Oven Roast |

This recipe has been adapted from many other recipes. The flavor is great and you can add whatever other seasonings you like. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt & pepper |
5 ounces tomato juice |
3/4 cup water |
1 potato |
10 -12 red potatoes (creamers) |
10 -12 peeled california carrots, pre-cut (ready to eat) |
1 white onion |
1 red bell pepper |
1 red hot pepper |
2 -3 lbs eye of round roast |
1 bunch sage |
2 cloves minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F Wash and cut all veggies Place all ingredients into Renolds Oven Bag. 2. Poke holes into top of bag Cook 1-1. 3. 2-5 hours depending on roast type and size. 4. Add tblsp flour to make gravy. 5. Serve with jasmine rice. |
