Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/2 cup(s) chopped nuts |
1/2 cup(s) cooking oil |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 cup(s) flour |
3 tablespoon(s) milk |
3 ripe bananas, smashed |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Beat together oil and sugar. Add eggs and banana and beat well (with whisk). Add dry ingredients, milk, and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. |
