This is my Aunt Cookie's recipe. It's great for potlucks and family gatherings. Sweet and slightly-tart, perfectly creamy. And it's firm, not sloppy and messy like a lot of these type of desserts. Ingredients:
1, 8 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
2, 8 oz cups vanilla yogurt |
1 pkg instant white chocolate pudding (small box) |
1, 20 oz can crushed pineapple - drained well |
maraschino cherries, drained |
walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together well and put into serving bowl.
2. Garnish with walnuts and maraschino cherries.
3. Chill 4 hours.
4. Serve.
