Aunt Barb's Carrot Casserole |

A recipe from a friend Ingredients:
4 cups carrots |
1 1/2 cups croutons, garlic |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (preferably sharp or old) |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup cream |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Slice carrots, cook to firm and chill in cold water until cool thru. 2. Grease casserole. 3. Stir carrots, croutons and cheese together and place in casserole. 4. Mix remaining ingredients together an pour over carrot mix. 5. Bake uncovered at 350F for 20 minutes. |
