I was going thru my mom's old family recipes. I wanted to add this so it would not get lost, as it is very hard to read this old recipes. I hope you like it. As I have not had these in a long time. The recipe does not give the time and temp so this is just a guess. When someone makes this could you tell me and I will edit it. Thank you. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cups flour |
1 cup chopped dates |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix well.
2. Take a teaspoon of dough and roll it in sugar.
3. Then place it on a cookie sheat.
4. Bake at 375 tell golden brown.
