Grilled Chicken with an Asian Flair Ingredients:
10 chicken thighs, skin on |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/3 cup honey |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons cilantro |
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated |
1 lime, juice |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. 2. Combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, cilantro, ginger, lime juice and pepper in a large bowl or gallon zip lock bag. 3. Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or up to 2 days. 4. Grill on medium hot grill until done. 5. Grate a bit of fresh ginger and cilantro for garnish. 6. Serve over rice or orzo with steamed broccolli. |
