A tasty addition to soups or just as they are for a little snack Ingredients:
50 grams butter |
1 heaped tsp instant chicken stock powder |
1 heaped tsp sesame seeds |
1/4 tsp curry |
Directions:
1. Soften butter add other ingredients and mix 2. Cut crusts from sliced bread and cut into shapes or fingers 3. Spread with mixture 4. Bake in a moderate oven 180 deg C ( 350 deg F) for about 10 - 15 minutes. 5. Tasty and nice by themselves or as accompaniment to soup 6. A great way to use up spare bread, and kids like them too. |
