I received this recipe in an email. I have yet to try it but it looked like something we would like Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (5 ounce) package au gratin potatoes |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can no-salt-added stewed tomatoes, undrained |
3/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup water |
2 tablespoons taco seasoning |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Directions: 2. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the potatoes and contents of sauce mix, corn, tomatoes, milk, water and taco seasoning. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. 3. Cover and bake at 350° for 65-70 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Yield: 4-6 servings. |
