I found this recipe on the back of a box of au gratin potatoes. Very easy and delicious! Ingredients:
1 (5 1/4 ounce) package au gratin potato mix |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth |
3 cups water |
2/3 cup diced carrot |
2/3 cup diced celery |
1/2 cup light cream |
Directions:
1. Mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, broth, water, carrots and celery in large saucepan. 2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. 4. Remove from heat and stir in cream. |
