you have to try this............... Ingredients:
2 cans atlantic salmon |
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/3 cup chopped green onion |
1/3 cup chopped celery |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
black pepper |
12 slices bread or 12 slices celery or 12 slices crackers |
Directions:
1. Drain and flake salmon. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Season with pepper to taste. 4. Serve as a sandwich spread (for a party cut into quarters),or spread on celery or crackers as an appetizer. |
