Ingredients:
2 cans atlantic salmon
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
black pepper
12 slices bread or 12 slices celery or 12 slices crackers
Directions:
1. Drain and flake salmon.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Season with pepper to taste.
4. Serve as a sandwich spread (for a party cut into quarters),or spread on celery or crackers as an appetizer.
