Ingredients:
2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
3 tablespoons finely minced onion
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 to 3/4 teaspoon hot red-pepper sauce, to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon old baytm seasoning
1 small head green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced (7 1/3 cups))
Directions:
1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add cabbage, and toss well. Cover, and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
