This is much cheaper than the bake mix and since the bake mix is much harder for us to find in Canada, this is a good alternative. Ingredients:
1 cup soy flour |
2 cups powdered soy protein concentrate (soy protein isolate) |
2 tablespoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. SIFT TOGETHER THEN STORE AND USE AS YOU WOULD DR. 2. ATKINS BRAND. 3. IT'S MUCH CHEAPER AND THINGS COME OUT ABOUT THE SAME. |
