This Greek inspired salad is delish and healthy too. Ingredients:
2 (15 oz.)cans of garbanzo beans,drained |
2 cucumbers halved lengthwise and sliced. |
12 cherry tomatoes,halved |
1/2 red onion chopped2 cloves garlic,minced. |
1 (15 oz.) can black olives drained and chopped. |
1 oz. feta cheese crumbled. |
1/2 cup italiansalad dressing. |
1/2 lemon,juiced. |
1/2 tsp.garlic salt. |
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper. |
Directions:
1. Combine the beans,cucumbers,tomatoes,red onion,garlic,olives,cheese,dressing,lemon juice,salt & pepper. 2. Toss together well. 3. REFRIGERATE 2 hours before serving.. 4. Serve chilled. |
