Athene's Tomato/Squash/Zucchini Crockpot Chicken

Quick and easy crockpot dinner
Ingredients:
6 ounces tomato sauce
6 ounces tomato paste
14 1/2 ounces tomatoes
2 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 1/2 breast of chicken
2 cups elbow macaroni
Directions:
1. Cut up onion, yellow squash, and zucchini
2. Put onion, squashes, and frozen chicken breasts in crockpot
3. Add tomato sauce, canned whole tomatoes, and tomato paste. Add some water - get the rest of the tomato paste out of the can with it. :-)
4. Add garlic and seasonings (I used crazy mixed-up salt, crazy mixed-up pepper, a lot of oregano and basil, a couple of bay leaves, and a dash or two of cayenne pepper)
5. Cook on high for 4 hours
6. Add elbow macaroni, cook until macaroni is done (I'm trying 20 minutes, and hoping that's enough because I'm hunnnnngry!)
7. Serve, and sprinkle with parmesan and/or romano cheese(s)
