Kim Haasaurd Ingredients:
2 ounces light rum |
2 ounces simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water) |
1 ounce mathilde raspberry liqueur |
1 ounce rose champagne (chandon rose) |
1 ounce fresh lime juice |
2 -3 strawberries, hulled (plus extra for garnish) |
2 -3 sage leaves, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine the rum, simple syrup, raspberry liqueur, rosé champagne, lime juice, and 2-3 strawberries in a blender with 2 cups ice. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into two or three chilled cocktail glasses (or champagne flutes). 4. Garnish each with a half strawberry and a sage leaf. |
