Asparagus served with a garlic butter dressing with freshly ground pepper Ingredients:
20 asparigas stalks |
1 tbl spoon butter |
3 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon course sea salt |
ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam the asparagus for 2 minutes 2. Melt the other ingredients in a pan and add the asparagus 3. Fry for 3 minutes 4. Drizzle remaining garlic butter from the pan over the asparagus before serving. 5. Add freshly ground pepper to taste |
