Asparagus With Yogurt, Lemon & Chives

I love asparagus and the addition of lemon, yogurt and parmesan cheese sounds wonderful. Another great sounding dish from the Joy of Eating cookbook.
Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen asparagus, cooked in 1/2 cup boiling water for 5 minutes and drained
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup chives, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Arrange cooked asparagus in a shallow baking dish and brush with melted butter. Stir together the yogurt, chives and lemon juice and spread over the asparagus. Combine crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until heated through. Broil for a few seconds to brown crumbs and serve at once.
