Asparagus With Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
3 lbs asparagus, trimmed
1 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
Directions:
1. Blanch asparagus in 2 batches in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 1 minute.
2. Immediately place spears in a cold water bath.
3. Drain well, and pat dry.
4. Whisk together other ingredients and serve.
