3 lbs asparagus, trimmed |
1 cup mayonnaise |
4 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons wasabi paste |
Directions:
1. Blanch asparagus in 2 batches in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 1 minute. 2. Immediately place spears in a cold water bath. 3. Drain well, and pat dry. 4. Whisk together other ingredients and serve. |
