200g asparagus, trimmed |
20g unsalted butter, melted |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese flakes |
freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Bring well-salted water to the boil in a frying pan; add asparagus, simmer, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until just tender. 2. Serve drizzled with the melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan and pepper |
