Asparagus with Lemon-Tarragon dressing

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) asparagus, trimmed
2 teaspoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon(s) minced fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/8 teaspoon(s) lemon rind
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 teaspoon(s) chopped tarragon
1/2 teaspoon(s) minced shallot
1/2 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Cook asparagus in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
2. Combine lemon rind, lemon juice, tarragon, garlic, shallots, mustard, salt, pepper and oil.
3. Drizzle tarragon mixture over asparagus; toss gently to coat.
