Asparagus With Lemon, Dill Butter Sauce |

It's a recipe I love so much that I make it once a week. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs asparagus, cleaned |
2 tablespoons light olive oil |
1 teaspoon dill |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Clean and snap off the woody ends of the asparagus. 2. In a large skillet add olive oil and butter and melt. 3. Add dill, asparagus and lemon juice and saute 15 minutes until asparagus is done but still has a crispness to it. |
