2 lbs asparagus |
3 ounces goat cheese, softened |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
1/4 cup milk |
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Add asparagus to boiling water and cook until crisp tender, approx 2-4 minutes. 2. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over asparagus. |
