Asparagus With Ginger

From Southern Living (2004); can be applied to green beans or broccoli as well
Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus
2 t veggie oil
2 t fresh ginger, minced
1/2 t sugar
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t sesame oil
Directions:
1. Saute asparagus in hot oil over medium-high heat for 7 minutes
2. Add ginger, saute 1 minute
3. Stir in sugar & remaining ingredients, cook 1 minute
