From Southern Living (2004); can be applied to green beans or broccoli as well Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus |
2 t veggie oil |
2 t fresh ginger, minced |
1/2 t sugar |
1/4 t salt |
1/4 t pepper |
1 t sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Saute asparagus in hot oil over medium-high heat for 7 minutes 2. Add ginger, saute 1 minute 3. Stir in sugar & remaining ingredients, cook 1 minute |
