Asparagus With Garlic Cream |

Very tasty very yummy. Enjoy Ingredients:
8 ounces sour cream |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cloves garlic minced |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
2 pounds fresh asparagus |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients except asparagus then cover and chill at least 2 hours. 2. Snap off tough ends of asparagus and remove scales from stalks with vegetable peeler. 3. Cover and cook asparagus in small amount of boiling water 4 minutes or until tender then drain. 4. Plunge into ice water to stop cooking process then cover and chill 5. Place a small bowl in the center of a large bowl and stand asparagus between bowls. 6. Place garlic cream in small bowl and garnish with chopped fresh chives. |
