I love asparagus and I love this recipe, hope you do as well. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic crushed |
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 pounds fresh asparagus |
6 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix garlic with and set aside. 2. Stand asparagus spears upright in a tall pan of boiling water. 3. Cover and cook 10 minutes then carefully lift asparagus to a colander to drain. 4. Arrange asparagus on warm plates and spoon garlic oil over tips. 5. Sprinkle with parmesan and lemon juice then serve immediately. |
