Asparagus With Feta Cheese |

Very simple asparagus recipe. Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 garlic clove |
pepper |
3 tablespoons feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Snap off asparagus ends. 2. Boil asparagus until tender, drain, and set aside. 3. Add olive oil and garlic to saute pan. 4. Saute for 1 minute until garlic is fragrant. 5. Add aspargus back to pan, saute for 3 minutes. 6. Add pepper to taste. 7. Remove fron pan and sprinkle with feta cheese. |
