Asparagus With Citrus Vinaigrette |

Great side for fish or poultry Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus, trimmed |
3 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons sugar |
salt and pepper |
1/3 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cook asparagus in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, drain, put in ice water to stop cooking. 2. Mix remaining ingredients in a jar, shake well; drizzle over asparagus. |
