Asparagus With Blue Cheese Sauce

This works well with broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or on top of baked potatoes
Ingredients:
1 small bunch asparagus cooked and drained
3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 oz blue cheese
Directions:
1. cream cheese and beat in milk.
2. Crumble blue cheese into mixture and blend thoroughly but do not beat
3. Heat over low heat until hot and bubbly about 3 minutes
4. Stir occassionally.
5. Spoon over hot vegetables.
